Please be advised that today at 17:05 local Central Indonesian Time, a medium-pressure smoke plume in grey color with a maximum height of about 700 meter was observed above the summit of Mt. Agung on the island of Bali. The ash has been carried by winds blowing in an east-southeast direction.

The alert level on Mount Agung has not been changed and remains at level 3 as set by Indonesian officials of the PVMBG Geological Agency at this moment.
