Destination Asia Indonesia has created a new Street Food experience in Bali, allowing guests to enjoy the salivating authentic food eaten daily by the local Balinese. Away from any fancy restaurants or so called “local Warungs”, serving international dishes, this tour will put travelers in touch with a Balinese Brahman family where, not only do you taste the delicious cuisine, but also witness the preparation of a very typical Balinese dish.
This local experience is then followed by a visit to the Gianyar Night Market, famous amongst locals for selling the best snacks and food on the island. A sumptuous ‘Megibung’ dinner is served to guests who then sit down together ‘family-style’, as the Balinese have been doing for centuries.
