Craft beer has officially exploded in Bangkok. If you think craft beer was just an American/Western fad then you were wrong. Thanks to the opening of hip bars like Mash in Silom, Beer Belly in Thonglor and the cool Korean owned Changwon Express, craft beer has finally arrived in Bangkok. You can even take a seat and sup your favorite ale with Bangkok as a backdrop from the roof top of the recently opened Radisson Blu Hotel (Sukhumvit) – at a very nice bar called Brewski. Catch the Bangkok Beer Festival which runs from the beginning of November until January and keep an eye out for pop-up beer gardens that can often be found outside Central World on lower Sukhumvit and in Ratchada.
