Team building events in Malaysia combine cultural elements with outdoor activities and challenges to create unforgettable incentive programs. Following a circuit trail around Kuala Lumpur, Destination Asia Malaysia has devised a team building event to encourage trust, leadership and prowess with plenty of excitement and fun.

Before the day’s activities begin, two team leaders are appointed with both sides distinguishing themselves through different colored headbands to encourage team morale. Following a briefing on events, the teams are then faced with seven interactive challenges, each one relating to the rich and diverse culture of Malaysia to create an inimitable series of experiences. By solving clues the location of each proceeding task is revealed. To close the day all participants gather for a special dinner and awards ceremony at the Tamarind Springs Restaurant complete with a classical dance performance.

The seven tasks include; An opening task whereby a traditional corn necklace is made; Batik painting; Lion dance challenge with props and music; Master chef challenge at Batu Caves; The mountain challenge; School of hard knocks whereby each participant makes a pewter bowl and a national treasure task.
