Experience Koh Samui on Two Wheels

Destination Asia Thailand is now offering an active half-day bicycle tour exploring the southern region of Koh Samui Island.  The day kicks off with a transfer to Phang Ka, far away from the busy beaches where a more authentic corner of Samui is found. Home to vast coconut plantation and quaint villages, there are no shops or facilities on this peninsula so you feel a true sense of escape. The area lends itself to exploring by bicycle, with level ground and a spectacular landscape to view as you trundle along the pathways.

Koh Samui is synonymous with coconut trees – there are literally plantations all over the island so it’s only right that we try some fresh coconut juice. Other stops include Laem Sor Pagoda in the Southwest corner of the island, Bang Kao Beach and for lunch by the sea at a local restaurant.

Our Koh Samui by bicycle experience lasts approximately five hours with several stops along the way. Guests will be provided along with their bicycle; a helmet, bottled water, rain poncho (just in case), and the round trip transfer from hotel to Phang Ka.
