Introducing the Singapore Dry Gin

Building upon classic gin foundations of juniper berries and coriander seed, Brass Lion Distillery has introduced traditional Asian flavours such as the aromatic torch ginger flower and citrusy lemongrass to create something quite remarkable. Guests can learn all about the customized gin making process at the distillery’s upcoming gin school. Discover the selection of natural ingredients, see how botanicals are cracked and peeled to reveal their true flavours and find out how they are sourced.

Remaining true to the cultural melting pot that is Singapore and our own sustainable values, we are delighted that the distillery is using ingredients grown in their herb garden or sourced from local traditional Chinese medicinal halls or wet markets.
