The culinary master class lasts approximately 3-4 hours and is held in a lecturer’s traditional Japanese style house. Previously living in Australia, our friendly chef is also fluent in English, making it easy to communicate about Hida Takayama culture. The class size is limited to 6 people so participants can enjoy a personalized experience.
