The opening of Seeds on February 14 provides another exceptional option for those seeking contemporary dining in Myanmar’s largest city. The restaurant promises to be a ‘surprising boutique culinary destination’, with an inspired design borne from the owners’ journey involving creation, growth and development. Managed by Lucia Eppisser and her husband Felix, a Swiss Michelin Star Chef, the restaurant boasts stunning views across a lotus flower lake and a design created by the architect Chris Green / Tangram architects. The establishment is located in Mayangone Township, Yangon, and is ideally suited for medium sized groups of up to 60 persons for lunch and dinner – or a cocktail party of up to 100.
