From 1 November, Thailand re-opened its borders for international tourism by allowing fully vaccinated travellers from 63 low-risk countries to enter the Kingdom without a multi-day quarantine. Visitors will simply need to show a negative RT-PCR test undertaken before they leave their home country, undergo an RT-PCR COVID-19 test upon arrival, and spend at least one night at a SHA+ hotel (which must be prebooked and prepaid) while waiting for the results

At the time of writing, Thailand has approved quarantine-free entry for arrivals from Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, UK, USA, and Vietnam. Arrivals must have been in the approved countries/territories for 21 days or more.
