The unique experience started with the guests arrival, where they were transported in private cars and escorted by a police convoy, setting the tone for the luxurious evening ahead.
The culinary highlight of the night was an exclusive dinner prepared by Chef Syrco Bakker, a Dutch-Indonesian Michelin-starred chef known for his innovative approach to cuisine. Chef Bakker’s menu, inspired by his new restaurant Syrco BASÉ, combined local ingredients with cutting-edge techniques, offering guests a delightful and modern take on Balinese flavors.
The evening was further enriched by a performance from Kita Poleng, a Balinese dance troupe recognised for its contemporary reinterpretations of traditional rituals. Their mesmerising choreography captivated the audience and celebrated Bali’s cultural evolution.
