Following intensive training over the past few months, 13 Destination Asia staff members across Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore & Malaysia were awarded their Certificates of Completion for the Emirates Group Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course from the dnata SPO Academy.
Lean Six Sigma is a highly regarded & internationally recognised management approach to business performance improvement that focuses on process mapping and the removal of errors. Attendees had to navigate through examples from their daily work responsibilities and brainstorm where leaner improvements would benefit the workload for themselves and their teams.
