Fully Rebuilt Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Set to Offer More than Just Events

Following a head-to-toe renovation, the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) to set to reopen in September 2022 as “The Ultimate Inspiring World Class Event Platform for All”. A fixture in the Thai capital for the last three decades, this iconic landmark set in the heart of downtown Bangkok has been completely reimagined to reach beyond its traditional role as a host for trade shows, professional meetings, and consumer events, to offer flexible solutions for a new generation of visitors.

Measuring five times larger than its previous size and capable of accommodating over 100,000 visitors daily, the QSNCC has reaffirmed its position as Thailand’s largest convention centre in Bangkok’s CBD. With a total event space of 78,500 sq/m, the QSNCC will provide two main exhibition halls with over 45,000 sq/m, two large conference halls with nearly 10,000 sq/m, and an additional 50 flexible meeting rooms. Its accessibility to the Metropolitan Rapid Transit (MRT) and the 2,700 indoor parking spaces also make the QSNCC the most convenient centre in the CBD.

With new spaces for retail and leisure activities, even visitors who are not attending scheduled events will find reasons to spend time at QSNCC. Visitors can enjoy natural light from the inside while relaxing with a view of the lake and park from the windows and terraces, or take a break from business activities by going for a walk in Benjakitti Forest Park, Bangkok’s newest green space.

The QSNCC has recently opened for bookings and has already received positive responses from both MICE operators and exhibitors as well as from merchandisers and food businesses for the retail space.
