We are happy to reveal another fine dining venue opening in the heart of Yangon, Myanmar. The opening of Seeds on February 14 provides another exceptional option for those seeking contemporary dining in Myanmar’s largest city. The restaurant promises to be a ‘surprising boutique culinary destination’, with an inspired design borne from the owners’ journey involving creation, growth and development. Managed by Lucia Eppisser and her husband Felix, a Swiss Michelin Star Chef, the restaurant boasts stunning views across a lotus flower lake and a design created by the architect Chris Green / Tangram architects. The establishment is located in Mayangone Township, Yangon, and is ideally suited for medium sized groups of up to 60 persons for lunch and dinner – or a cocktail party of up to 100.
