Cruise-to-Nowhere Itineraries to Resume for Hong Kong Residents

Cruise lines are expected to resume cruise-to-nowhere (CTN) itineraries, which do not involve ports outside Hong Kong, for Hong Kong vaccinated residents. These are all set and ready to go from July on the condition that they strictly comply with a set of health precautionary measures specifically designed for cruise travel.

Cruise lines interested in resuming CTN itineraries have already indicated that they will arrange crew members suitable for vaccination or those already vaccinated to serve in Hong Kong to the extent possible. The Hong Kong Tourism Board also welcome the safe and orderly resumption of Hong Kong’s high sea cruises and will promote the experience of “Staycation at Sea” in Hong Kong under the “Holiday at Home” platform.
