Hue’s chefs specialise in modern Australian cuisine, highlighting top-quality ingredients and embracing the diverse, cosmopolitan influences of urban Australia. For groups and private events, Hue offers an elegant bar and lounge area, where floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the stunning harbor views. The space comfortably accommodates private receptions for up to 35 guests.
In the adjacent main restaurant, up to 130 guests can enjoy lunch or dinner, with tiered leather banquettes ensuring everyone has a spectacular view of the harbor. Hue also features two private dining rooms, ideal for groups of up to 26 guests.
