Now, from November to May each year, she has opened her doors to host unforgettable private dinners for at her charming, antique wooden house alongside the mighty Mekong River.
Guests are immersed in the rich culture and flavours of Cambodia as they savour Chef Nak’s delicious and healthy cuisine, made with fresh local ingredients, many from her vegetable garden outside, and prepared using traditional cooking techniques passed down through generations. As they delight in the delectable dishes, local artists serenade them with a live traditional music performance that flies them straight to the heart of Cambodia’s vibrant arts scene.
