We would like to inform our clients that the telephone area codes in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City changed on 17th June 2017.
In Hanoi the number area code changed from ‘4’ to ‘24’; and in Ho Chi Minh City the dialing code changed from ‘8’ to ‘28’. For those calling either of these destinations from outside of Vietnam, the number you are required to dial is:
• To contact a landline in Hanoi:
+84 (Country code) + 24 (Area Code) + local Number
• To contact a landline in Ho Chi Minh City:
+84 (Country Code) + 28 (Area Code) + local Number
