The brief: Our client tasked us with creating an unforgettable dinner in Phuket Town for 260 guests, featuring the finest Thai cuisine. Finding a ready-made venue for such a large and specific event in the area was not the easiest due to limited options, difficult access, and peak booking periods. So, we decided to construct an entirely new environment from scratch.
Our site teams worked non-stop for three days to set up a marquee adorned with a ‘moon and stars’ theme. Upon arrival, guests marvelled at the magical space that had been created, with thousands of soft, twinkling lights everywhere and an immersive overhead display that resembled the Milky Way. It was the perfect theme as guests enjoyed a long table dinner of delicious Thai dishes and dining ‘under the stars’.
The client was ecstatic with the result, stating, “You were all amazing, and a large part of the success of the program was due to your efforts.”
