The brief: A luxury transport provider asked us to organise a series of gatherings for 60 international delegates over four consecutive weeks, blending stunning natural beauty with
high-end comfort.
We found the perfect island off Langkawi and created a glamping setup that combined rustic charm with luxury amenities. However, the logistics were quite the adventure! Transporting guests smoothly across unpredictable seas was no small feat. The island lacked fresh water, and to add another twist, rapid tide shifts meant entire beaches could disappear in minutes. Our team monitored conditions around the clock, ready to switch to alternate beach venues whenever needed.
Thanks to careful planning and constant vigilance, we delivered a memorable four-week experience. Guests arrived to a luxurious island escape complete with a massage pavilion, yoga studio, and a beach bar serving fresh coconut water and plant-based satay skewers. And during one visit, a delightful surprise awaited – a baby orca and some sand sharks swam up close to the beach, adding an unforgettable highlight.
