Inaugural ‘Michelin Guide Street Food Festival’ Arrives in Singapore

michelin street food guideThe ‘Michelin Guide Street Food Festival’ aims to celebrate Singapore’s multi-ethnic diversity and show just how food brings everyone together. Held at The Coliseum at Hard Rock Hotel (in Resorts World Sentosa), the two day extravaganza includes a star-studded line-up of eateries from the very first selection of the Michelin guide Singapore 2016 published eight months ago. 12 eateries from the Guide’s Bib Gourmand as well as Michelin-star awardees will be featured, showcasing some of their signature dishes ‘hawker style’.

Taking place over two evenings (6.00 pm – 10.30 pm) on 14 and 15 April 2017, there will be two seatings each night. Dishes are priced from $2.50 up. How it works: you pay the “entrance fee” of $20, which will be converted to credits to spend and entitles you to one of the many seats at The Coliseum. Guests are then assigned to one of the two seating times and be allowed to roam around until the time is up.
