Destination Asia Vietnam held its annual outing in August, bringing together the North, Central, and South offices for a meaningful event.
The trip kicked off with an interactive session on product knowledge and a review of recent client feedback to reinforce colleagues’ knowledge and better address the needs of clients.
Day 2 focused more on team building and four teams were presented with a real-life logistical challenge which they had to analyse, then delegate tasks and work together to win.
The trip reached its peak with a gala dinner combined with a talent show, put together by the colleagues themselves. With the emphasis more on fun and laughter than technical performance, the team made their own costumes from paper and environmentally friendly materials. This event produced some wild and wonderful moments!
The trip concluded with a wind-down and relaxing activities on the beach in Phan Thiet. All in all, the event not only created unforgettable memories but also strengthened relationships among the Destination Asia Vietnam team members and reinforced our commitment to teamwork, creativity and customer service.
