Singapore Airshow touches down in February

The Singapore Airshow public days have been renamed Weekend@Airshow this year, and they’re more packed than ever with fun-filled family adventures. On 24 and 25 February, guests can get up close and personal with people from the flying display teams, have their autograph books signed and chat with these  accomplished pilots, who are happy to share their captivating stories and insights into just what it takes to be a flying daredevil.

Needless to say, guests also get to cheer the aerobats as they take to the skies and perform their adrenaline-pumping stunts and manoeuvres with breathtaking speed and precision.

There’s lots for the whole family, with crafts for children to create their own, sustainable paper plane, assisted by friendly supervisors, while saying hello to the Airshow’s mascots Leo and Leonette.  Diehard aviation fans are well looked after too, as there’s a spectacular line-up of commercial aircraft and military jets to view at close hand in the static display area.
