As part of our promise to operate more sustainably and provide the best possible service to our clients, we are sharing public reports relating to our sustainability commitments.

This initial report shows those criteria we have committed to meet and report on to Travelife – a leading certification initiative for tourism companies. The criteria under each section of the report have been implemented by Destination Asia Malaysia, Destination Asia Japan, and Destination Asia Thailand, and are actively reported on. The report covers 10 key top-level business areas, with each broken down into individual practices.
