The brief: A manufacturer of one of the world’s best known luxury auto marques called on us to arrange a celebration for 63 delegates in Singapore and a side trip to Bali. For the event, we were asked to create an evening that was on par with the maker’s exclusive brand values, which meant consistent VVIP treatment for the delegates from the moment they stepped off the plane at Singapore’s Changi Airport.
This requirement was well within our wheelhouse, as was the late request to fully re-decorate and transform the main hotel venue, so it showcased the local, historic Peranakan culture and was filled with a show-stopping abundance of fragrant tropical flowers.
Through meticulous planning, outstanding cooperation from the venue and all suppliers, as well as support and helpful feedback from the client’s site inspection, we were able to make last minute requests a reality and exceed the clients expectations. We also ensured that every other aspect of the trip, which included gala dinners at the legendary Ce La Vi and Clifford Pier restaurants, was up to the same impeccable standards.
The client shared that they were thrilled by the outcome and astonished by the Peranakan wonderland we created.
