Cheers! Salut! Ganbei! Slangevar!

After a two-year pause due to Covid, the Hong Kong Whisky Festival comes back with a bigger bang than ever on new dates of 29-30 April. Organised by InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong where the event takes place and Tiffany’s New York Bar, and set across four whole floors, it features the largest collection of amazing brands ever assembled for the festival, with over 1,000 different whisky expressions from all over the world – some of them real rarities. There are over 30 masterclasses hosted by renowned experts and sommeliers, and of course a wealth of sampling opportunities. All in all, a great chance to meet and mingle with fellow connoisseurs and lovers of a wee dram. (By the way, in case you were wondering, “Slangevar,” pronounced Slawn-jay-vaar, is the Gaelic word for “Cheers!”)
