Destination Asia’s General Manager Jason Blackwell joined a recent community clean-up event in Siem Reap. In partnership with Marriot Hotels, around 100 willing volunteers spent the morning clearing rubbish off the streets to improve the local environment and also raise awareness among the community of the growing plastic problem. Despite the blistering heat even in the early morning, great fun was had by all taking part in this very worthwhile event.
