The ‘Spice Market’ themed dinner is an atmospheric occasion when the entire Grand Salon at the Grand Hyatt in Kula Lumpur is turned into a local spice market – complete with traditional traders and authentic market stalls. Destination Asia Malaysia organize an event where street food is served by traders in traditional costume and wooden tables offer authentic seating for delegates to enjoy the local delicacies.
The Grand Salon provides sufficient area at just over 620 square meters of pillar-less space to set up an entire fully functioning market. The modern venue is given a complete makeover and presents clients with a traditional, cultural Malaysian experience in the heart of the city.
