Harbour Chill Carnival arrives in Hong Kong for July/August 2023

Harbour Chill Carnival, a festival with the accent firmly on fun, is coming to Victoria Harbour this summer. The carnival, which offers free admission throughout, is part of the Happy Hong Kong Program, organised by Hong Kong Tourism Board.

For five weekends from 8 July to 6 August, the Wan Chai Waterfront Promenade turns into carnival central, featuring live music shows on a water stage, a variety of performing arts programs from different countries, thrilling X-game performances, and a special edition of the Symphony of Lights light and music show.

The Harbour Chill is a 3,000 square meter themed experimental space, co-created on a former works area by community professionals from all walks of life. Located right next to the Wan Chai Ferry, it’s easily accessible by MTR or three minutes’ walk from the Wanchai pier.

Round up your friends and family and come for the endless fun, exhilarating energy and an unforgettable summer by Victoria Harbour! Stay tuned for more updates.
