In October 2016, Destination Asia celebrated twenty years of operations in Asia. Since their inaugural office opening in October 1996 in Bangkok, the company has grown to become the leading destination management company in Asia with over 520 full time staff and 31 owner-operated offices. Destination Asia now provide full service operations in Thailand, Vietnam, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Burma and Laos.
Destination Asia has delivered the pinnacle in travel services for two decades across three core business divisions including, Leisure, Meeting & Incentives and Cruise; growing to include an extensive international sales office network that spans four continents. Destination Asia Thailand and Destination Asia Vietnam were the first entities of the Destination Asia Group to be formed, both opening in 1996. From these two initial successes, Destination Asia China, Japan, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Indonesia, Burma, Singapore, Malaysia and Laos evolved, allowing Destination Asia to offer seamless travel experiences and services across the continent.
