Now in its fifth year, Hong Kong’s Free Space Noise Festival returns across two weekends, 20–22 July & 17–19 August, bringing together the global and local avant-garde music scene in a celebration of boundary-pushing sound art.
Audiences can expect immersive performances, interactive installations, and hands-on workshops that challenge conventional listening and encourage creative exploration. Featuring a mix of international sound artists and Hong Kong-based musicians, the event champions experimental expression and redefines what music can be.
New this year is a curated series of eco-conscious installations and soundscapes exploring the relationship between noise, nature, and sustainability, continuing the festival’s commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
