Destination Asia Malaysia can arrange a sensational journey for delegates in Penang; combining the iconic funicular train heading for Penang Hill Top Station and unhindered panoramic sunset views with freshly made cocktails. The Penang Hill Railway was initially constructed for the British colonial community to enjoy the cooler air of the Penang Hill, developing over the years with the construction of an extended viewing platform named Skywalk, an elevated walkway offering spectacular views.
After rising to 720 meters above sea level, delegates then exit the train and walk to the gates of The Habitat to immerse in the environment of a 130 million years old rainforest. In the middle the park lays the Curtis Crest Tree Top Walk, the highest viewing platform on Penang Island. Here local refreshments are served to coincide with a beautiful Penang sunset as George Town lights up below.
The pre-dinner cocktail experience at Penang Hill lasts for two hours with a maximum capacity for 60 delegates.
