The Watermark is a relatively new venue on the upper floor of Star Pier 7 in Hong Kong’s Central district, offering 3,300 sq. ft. of space with a simply stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour, equally enthralling by day or night, through floor to ceiling glass walls.
The venue has an elegant stone entranceway and water features that lead guests into a sleek interior of teak, marble, and glass. From there a stairway rises to an elegant dining area which features an outstanding wine collection. A translucent sky-high ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight and the surrounding open-air deck offers more spectacular views over Kowloon peninsula and the busy ferries criss-crossing on the water.
Available all year round, serving 150 for a sit-down dinner or 300 for cocktail receptions.
