Magic & memories made for delegates in Bangkok

The Brief

A global consulting firm who had worked with our Thailand team on a number of occasions engaged our teams services to deliver a large-scale corporate retreat in Bangkok for approximately 1,000 delegates from India, many travelling with their families.

The program needed to balance business sessions, team-building activities, and social experiences, while accommodating diverse dietary requirements (including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain cuisine) across multiple venues.

The client also required high production standards throughout the program, including AV, lighting, sound, entertainment, and themed event design as well as ensuring all aspects were family-friendly. The event needed to remain within defined budget parameters while still delivering memorable, high-impact experiences that would create memories for a lifetime.

Event Highlights

The program combined large-scale production, cultural experiences, and creative venue transformations across the city.

Team-building experience at Topgolf Megacity
An exclusive buyout of the venue created the setting for a Squid Game-inspired team-building event, with themed challenges such as Red Light–Green Light, Tug of War, Marbles, and Glass Bridge. Thai arts and hands-on cultural activities were integrated into the program, including perfume making, inhaler balm crafting, and bamboo fan painting.

Family-friendly programming
Dedicated children’s rooms with professional nanny services were arranged alongside entertainment including magic shows and arts-and-craft activities, allowing delegates to fully participate without spending additional time away from their families.

Dine-around experiences across Bangkok
Exclusive restaurant buyouts were arranged at several of Bangkok’s leading dining venues, including Vertigo, Le Du Kaan, Jim Thompson, Pastel, and Indus, giving guests a choice of distinctive culinary settings across the city.

Gala dinner at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)
The programme culminated in a large-scale gala dinner in a function space at QSNCC, fully transformed with a Harry Potter theme. Production included themed stage design, ceiling installations, table centrepieces, entertainers, and interactive foyer activities including quidditch photo opportunities and of course finding the golden snitch.
