Dining by Design at Summer House Project

Following on from the success of ‘The Never Ending Summer’ in Bangkok, the same team have branched out to launch a new dining establishment named ‘Summer House Project’. The riverside space sits next door to the original restaurant and serves modern cuisine with a seafood focus. Indoor and outdoor areas make the most of the space with wonderful views of the river through expansive picture frame windows and a vast alfresco terrace. Bar manager Dheeradon Dissara, who won Jamie Oliver’s global Drinks Tube search for new cocktail-making talent in 2016, specializes in drinks that incorporate Thai ingredients, like the Gold Gold Gold (prosecco, mango puree and gold leaves). Destination Asia Thailand can privately hire an area for function of up to 150 people. Located adjacent to a pier it is possible to transfer delegates by boat from the nearby riverside hotels.
