Back To Business As Travel Resumes to Hong Kong

Since re-opening in March, the Hong Kong team have been quick to get back up to speed and are now busy welcoming guests from a number of different long-haul markets, with strong incoming demand from South America and the UK.

A milestone in the revival came in April, when the team orchestrated seamless experiences for the Holland America Line and Viking cruises, comfortably accommodating over 900 people from the US and Europe.  Hotel comings and goings are on the rise too, with the UK and Middle East emerging as key markets. There seems to be a fairly even distribution between leisure travelers, eager to get reacquainted with Hong Kong’s world class hotel offerings, amazing views and unmatched ambience,  and MICE visitors coming in for business and trade fairs.

In fact, corporate meetings and other MICE enquiries are rolling in at a brisk pace for 2024-2025, reinforcing and restoring Hong Kong’s position as a perfect environment for these events.

All in all, we’re looking forward to busy times ahead, quite possibly busier than ever. And, as we’ve been named Hong Kong’s Leading Destination Management Company at the 2023 World Travel Awards, we’re confident we can meet any challenge and exceed expectations with whatever comes our way.
