Camila and Sergio recently joined the Destination Asia team to support and develop the bespoke travel services for Asia’s leading Destination Management Company. Equipped with extensive travel industry experience, in-depth knowledge of the latest travel trends in Asia and a wide spectrum of innovative ideas for their market, we are delighted to welcome them both on board.

Camila recently joined the team at the head office as Business Development Manager for LATAM, Spain and Portugal markets across all our countries. Destination Asia’s 11 country portfolio includes; Thailand, Vietnam, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, Malaysia. Myanmar and Laos. Prior to joining, Camila worked as Spanish Division Manager for Travex in Bangkok. 

Colombian by birth, Camila previously lived, studied and worked in Canada where she graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, majoring in finance and concentrating on international business.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Sergio graduated from the Hotel Institute Montreux with a dual major in hospitality and business management. Since then, Sergio has gone on to work for a number of leading hotel brands, including, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts.

Sergio is based in Madrid where he operates a boutique sales representation agency. Sergio provides an in-country point of contact for all of Destination Asia’s valued Spain and Portugal based clients. An avid traveller himself, Sergio is also fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
