Using existing details clients can easily access the site to be greeted by a clean uncluttered design, improved functionality and enhanced content that is focused on providing only essential event information. Once the desired country has been selected from an interactive map, they are presented with descriptive destination facts and options to view either a hotel portfolio, venue listings, or download ready-made presentations. Detailed hotel information includes facts such as meeting facilities (meeting room sizes etc), distance from airport, dining options and location. Venues are presented with extensive details including, meeting room capacities, suitable themes and catering options. The site provides only a small portion of the wide-ranging meeting and event possibilities available in each country, with sufficient details and imagery available for download to create winning presentations when visiting clients.
For select countries there is an option to directly download event videos, program overviews and ready made presentations. The destinations of China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia also offer virtual tours, placing the user into the event setting with a 360 degree view of their surroundings.
