Visits To Vietnam Made Simpler With New Visa Updates

In its ongoing efforts to welcome visitors from all over the world, Vietnam’s government has introduced new strategic measures to create an even more inviting and frictionless environment for visitors on entry. Citizens from 14 countries can now enjoy automatic visa-free stays of up to 45 days, while the e-visa option has been made available to all nationalities, replacing the previous limit of 90 countries.

Travelers who already hold an e-visa can extend their stay to 45 days from the previous 30 days.  In addition, the revamped online system lets applicants choose between single-entry at US$25 or multiple-entry e-visas at US$50, which adds more flexibility in terms of entry options. The e-visa is now accepted at 10 airports, 16 land crossings and 13 seaports for even greater accessibility.

If you’re concerned about any aspect of the streamlined e-visa application process, our expert team at Destination Asia is ready to assist you every step of the way. We’re excited to welcome you to Vietnam and provide an exceptional and hassle-free experience. Contact us at [email protected]
