The trip ventures into the heart of the Japanese countryside on public transport with two farm stays and a visit to Rikuzentakata, a town that was almost destroyed in the 2011 tsunami. Clients will be guided by a resident who was in town that fateful day. Our guide will share their experience and explain exactly how the community is striving for recovery.
