This month (September 2014), Gordon Ramsay will set a new benchmark for gastronomic indulgence in Hong Kong as he opens his first Bread Street Kitchen restaurant in Asia. Expanding his empire further, the new restaurant is located in Lan Kwai Fong and is highly anticipated. Expect an eclectic menu inspired by regional and Australian cuisine, served in the casual yet contemporary ambiance setting of an old warehouse with seating for 90 as well as 30 more at the bar. Gordon Ramsay is well known on the international food scene with 24 restaurants worldwide (seven are Michelin starred), and his numerous TV programs that catapulted him to celebrity chef stardom.
