Kampong Glam was the seat of Malay royalty and home to early immigrants, including Arabs, Javanese, Bugis, and the Chinese as part of the colonial town plan.
Learn about the lives of the Malay community in the bustling cultural district set against 19th century architecture and modern skyscrapers. Experience and explore colourful alleyways where vivid expressions of urban art abound! Then, unleash your creativity in a street art workshop under the guidance of professional artists, culminating in a live demonstration by a celebrated graffiti artist. Complete the experience with your very own ‘selfie coffee’ and enjoy tastings of delicious local snacks. The activity lasts approximately 3.5 hours and we limit groups to no more than 30 people.
