Seekers Spirit House is the first garden-to-glass distillery and tasting room in Phnom Penh. In a chic, modern industrial space carved from a former textile factory, it makes and markets its own small-batch spirits including vodka, gin, and liqueurs, which focus sharply on local typically Southeast flavorings, all made with water from the Mekong river. The operators are also more than happy to welcome parties for tasting sessions across indoor and outdoor areas including a distiller’s table, a distillation room, and a tasting room.
There’s also a bar, of course, and a large botanical garden with a kids’ play area and full-size pétanque field. The space is large enough to host cocktail evenings or sit-down banquets, with sit-down dinners in the garden for up to 120 guests, or buffet and canape evenings that can accommodate 200 outside or 150 inside. Better still, the space can also be transformed by arrangement into a meeting or conference venue.
