The VIP meet and greet service on arrival and/or departure includes service staff welcoming guests at the air bridge of the arrival coach point, before escorting them through immigration with a porter service. For the VIP departure service, guests are welcomed at the CIP area and assisted with the check-in process before being escorted through immigration and security. Airport lounge service is provided and a porter will escort guests to their boarding gate. A buggy and wheelchair service is also available upon request. The VIP premium lounge includes a full bar service, complimentary Wi-Fi access, recharging stations, shower room facilities and priority buggy car transfer to your departure gate when possible.
