Guided by one of the founders, guests are introduced to the unique and lesser-known flavors of Lao cuisine. They discover traditional dishes and explore an amazing array of aromatic herbs and indigenous plants from which these are made. A short walk takes them to the organic farm where they can pick and learn more about their chosen ingredients, followed by a walk back to the teahouse garden for a carefully coached and highly entertaining cooking class. Then, of course, they get to enjoy their own cooking in a delicious Lao-style lunch.
