A CSR bike building activity in Ho Chi Minh City

The brief: When our clients requested a meaningful CSR activity for 144 delegates in Ho Chi Minh City, we chose to partner with Maison Chance, a well-respected organisation with a proven track record and dedication to uplifting the lives of those less fortunate.

The activity started with delegates being put into small groups with local children, who worked together to assemble bicycles and bookshelves from scattered parts. Between them, they built 22 bicycles and nine bookshelves, fostering a great feeling of teamwork, achievement, and a sense of pride knowing that the items they built would provide tangible benefits to the local community.

Organising this activity required skilled event planning, from obtaining permission for an activity that involved children and donations from foreign companies to finding a suitable venue to hold such a large-scale event. Our client recongised the complexities involved in tailoring the unique and impactful activity and expressed their gratitude to our team.

The success of this initiative extended way beyond the numbers, it symbolised a collective effort towards positive change and showcased the profound impact of corporate social responsibility.
