Angkor Conservation Behind the Scenes

Enjoy a private, behind the scenes visit to Conservation d’Angkor. Not open to the general public from Oct 31st, this storage compound is managed by the Ministry of Culture and holds priceless Angkor era sculptures. Saving Cambodian cultural heritage from the lucrative illegal (and legal) trade in ancient relics, this magnificent space holds over 5000 sculptures, statues, lingas and inscribed stelae that originally stood within temples across the Angkor empire. Our visit includes an expert guide from Conservation d’Angkor in addition to our own guides who can help you truly appreciate this treasure trove of priceless ancient Khmer culture. Your visit also includes a donation to ensure this important facility continues to be well maintained.
