Chef Suphannat has crafted an ambitious menu, dually influenced by traditional Lanna cuisine and the principles of healthy eating. Much of the produce comes straight from the farm that can be seen from guests’ tables, bringing a whole new meaning to the term “local provenance”. Fine wines, excellent coffee, locally picked teas and herbal remedies round out the memorably delicious offerings.
