Chreav Village Countryside Dining

Enjoy a magical evening at a unique Khmer village set-up located in a bucolic countryside setting in tranquil Chreav Village. Driving just 10 minutes out of central Siem Reap the tarmac gives way to deep red earth roads where our beautiful dinner setting awaits, surrounded by rice paddies as far as the eye can see and sheltered by Sugar Palms.

A raised walkway leads you over rice fields to the venue, a rustic village / hawker style set-up with live cooking stations offering a wide range of delicious Khmer dishes ranging from traditional Krolanh (rice and beans cooked in Bamboo), fragrant salads and aromatic soups to frog and bug entrees (not compulsory, but surprisingly tasty). Entertainment stalls showcasing traditional Khmer arts range from Cambodian boxing or ‘bokator’ (literally meaning hitting the lion), to musicians, basket weaving and elegant Apsara ballet – all taking place around a central dining area.

Dine in style under the stars and enjoy an unforgettable and fun evening in a special rural setting while you take in traditional Cambodian performances on a wooden stage and even try some classic Khmer dance moves as the evening livens up.
