Sentosa, Singapore’s beloved island destination, is continuing its evolution with a vast range of brand new attractions.
Among the amazing new features, the crown jewel has to be The Palawan @ Sentosa, which officially opened last month. Stretching 183,000 square feet along Palawan Beach, it features HyperDrive, a truly adrenaline-pumping electric go-kart circuit on three levels and Ultra Golf, a brilliantly planned 18-hole mini golf course with contours and challenges that will attract all levels from kids to seasoned players.
Moving on to the new beach clubs, the family-oriented Splash Tribe club features a sandcastle-themed wet play zone and an inviting infinity pool, while +Twelve offers 12 cabanas equipped with private plunge pools and a swim-up bar. The list goes on with the Tipsy Unicorn Beach Club, which spans over 24,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and can welcome groups of up to 500 guests – a world class venue for hosting invitation-only events.
There are street food trucks stationed throughout the new Sentosa, offering everything from bao buns to burgers to beers. All in all, this is a must-visit destination and its creators, the Shangri-La Group, promise there’s even more to come!
