The adventure begins in the morning at the local market, with its abundance of prime fruits and vegetables from local farmers amid a vibrant, bustling atmosphere. You’ll be guided by the chef, who’ll share some secrets of traditional cooking techniques while you help her choose the freshest local ingredients. 

Next stop is a nearby village where local women demonstrate how to make steamed palm cake, the traditional Khmer dessert made with the age-old techniques passed down through generations. You also get the chance to taste some of that superb cake as soon as it’s ready. 

The highlight comes in the evening when you head to the restaurant for a chef’s table fine dining experience and an exclusively created multi-course menu. The head chef personally talks you through each exquisite dish and answers any questions about their techniques and inspiration. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of Khmer cuisine and long-lasting memories of a truly delicious dinner.
